Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a store credit (Bella GiGi E-Gift Card) within 15 days from the date your order shipped. FINAL SALE items are considered items with a 15% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category cannot be returned. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Face Masks
- Mystery Bags
- Liquid product (i.e., body lotion, tanning products, etc.)
- Altered or Modified in any way from the way you purchased it
- Items Discounted at 15% or greater
- Items listed in a SALE Category
- Final sale items
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Enjoy extended holiday returns until January 10th for orders placed between November 20th and December 10th.
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Bella GiGi E-Gift Card ONLY.
- We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item.
- If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling by shipping agencies, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to us is attempted.
Ship Your Return
- Start your return process by emailing email@example.com with your return request. You must receive authorization to return in order to proceed with your return.
- All returned items must include your order number, name and address on the order and email address in order to be properly processed. We are not responsible for items received without proper information.
- You are responsible for packaging and shipping the item(s) back to us.
- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Bella GiGi E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address (please make sure your email address is correct and included with your return request).
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
All approved returns must be addressed to the address below.
